If you've been here before, you're used to the brown paper on the carpets, to the crunch of welding scrap underfoot. I'm slowly building up material as I catch up on a few thousand images. The voyage has begun, land sounds are fading, a different rhythm of life taking hold.

The few passengers who have come our way to date have been more than kind in their appreciation -- thank you if you are one of them.

• New temp home page uploaded, inactive pages trimmed.
• Queen Mary 2 pages begun.
• Formatting of Norway Farewell pages for easier reading completed

12/31/2003:

• Incremental conversion of site to XHTML begins, mostly leaving old pages as is, but using style sheets etc. going forward.

09/2/2002:

• Norway Farewell completed (caution with apology: long downloads).

• New Links category added. Lots of Norway Farewell image processing going on below decks, following decision to complete that work before assembling pages. I am intent on bringing her home where she belongs, here for you gentle browser.
